The entrepreneur is required and expected to produce a business plan and a budget showing the investor how the company aims to execute the "use of proceeds" in order to insure the fastest ROI and the maximization of the investment potential in the highest possible probability.

For the messages to be effectively relayed to the investor, an investor presentation need be created which will include all the relevant data for the purpose of the investment sought (1st, 2nd or 3rd round of financing, type of investor, business realities and more).

Throughout the entire process, target shall work with its client making sure that the time and resources invested shall yield the maximal benefit from the process, subject to the strategy formulated, Target shall work with the client and create a strategy aligned budget & a "Go to market plan" based on which the potential investor shall learn how the company intends to create true value in return for the investment sought, on a per defined time period.
