Target shall use its experience in order to insure its client successful penetration to a given territory or market based in its extensive network of contacts. Target shall see that Its client avoid common mistakes such as loss of sales potential in the territory due to exclusivity given to a local representative or distributor, not taking in calculation business factors and scenarios which might eventually influence the "bottom line" profit, tactical activity which might jeopardize the product positioning in the eyes of the defined target markets in the various markets served etc.
