As a client, it is important to understand exactly what is the meaning of the consulting process, that is because the process itself requires devotion, commitment and resources both from the client and the consultant. In order for the client to gain as much as possible from the process by obtaining effective tools which will significantly promote his business, the process needs to be divided into phases during which the client and the consultant shall work on defined topics, tasks and missions, by order of importance which eventually integrate into a modular plan. Throughout the entire process the components comprising the modular plan are to be tested, questioned and evaluated by the end of each phase to insure they are accurately matching the clients needs and business realities.
In order to simplify the process we have created the "Cube" which is spread into the phases of the process, outlining it to the client, so that the methodology is clear and the commitment is clear and that is, what we believe, a good foundation to a successful partnership!
